REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our botanicals, we cannot accept returns. Dear Botanics does not accept returns or exchanges.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Dear Botanics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products once shipped. Tracking can be provided to assist with claims through the shipping company. For damaged items, you may be asked to provide images if the damage occurred during transit.

Dear Botanics is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages or shipping costs lost in transit without proof of delivery.
